Middle Eastern four-handers in LA?

These guys are new to Masseurfinder and they are alternately hot and suspect. First of all, the idea of a four-handed massage for only 100 bucks in LA is almost enough to get me to call them. Almost. They look really sexy but at the same time they look fake -- those photos seem fully airbrushed, even their hairlines and beards seem drawn on. One of the photos (5 of 6) even says on its border, "Face Wrap - Plastic Surgery."

So is this ad a fake? Could this Middle Eastern pair of beefy,...
